Pop’s Pizza, Sandwiches & Wings is a groundbreaking nonprofit fast-casual restaurant concept founded by Carell “Pop” Grass, a restaurant veteran with over 30 years of experience and a personal connection to this cause. Inspired by his granddaughter, who has epilepsy and learning delays, Pop saw firsthand the systemic unemployment facing Neurodivergent and IDD individuals and decided to do something to make a difference.
Pop's Pizza is more than a restaurant. It’s a mission in motion. Fully staffed, operated, and partially managed by a talented team of individuals with IDD and Neurodivergence, earning equal pay and gaining critical job skills in restaurant operations and customer service.
In a world still feeling the ripple effects of COVID, where staffing remains a challenge, Pop’s Pizza offers a sustainable, community-driven solution and a chance to enrich and change lives.
We believe that regular employment does more than provide a steady paycheck.
It empowers people, provides purpose, and instills pride.
We are actively seeking potential franchisees, philanthropic investments and tax deductible charitable donations to open Pop's Pizza locations.
We encourage you to pass this along to anyone who may have a Neurodivergent or IDD member of their family, or simply wants to make a meaningful change in the lives of Neurodivergent and IDD members of their community.
